Someone has rightly said every other day is a festival in Nepal. One of the popular festivals is Bhoto Jatra, a festival observed by Hindus and Buddhist of Newar community. The festival is celebrated in the Lalitpur district by demonstrating a Bhoto, vest, from the chariot of Rato Machhindranath –the god of rain and harvest. Bhoto Jatra also marks an end of a month long chariot pulling festival of Rato Machhindranath. Bhoto Jatra Nepal from Rajneesh Bhandari on Vimeo.

“If i were a bird, i would fly…”
I spent some moments with the birds on my rooftop, here are some pictures. Their way of living is simply great, they are spontaneous and light. It looks they never face any problems. These pictures are dedicated to all the birds in the world. You are one of the wonderful creatures in the world and you have made this world a beautiful place with your song and dance.
